All my items are tested and proofed in the game. It means that my items are working good and are not causing any bugs. My downloads are provided as is and may be subjects of the updates, to see this you must visit my site and check for the updates on the updates history page.
My policy:
All my files are tagged. Don't modify and claim my items as your own. You are not authorized to use my textures for your creations. You can use some of my meshes with your own textures, but write that the mesh is from me. When using my items on your screenshots or with your lots or sims please give me a credit.
Don't reupload my custom content creations that you will find here to your sites! Instead of this, post a link back to my page that allows to download the item from here!
Don't fully copy my articles in your sites, you can use some citations from my page but please give credit, if you like them, then create a link that gets to the page of my article or to this site.
When using my own pictures, always give me a credit and you are not allowed to modify these pictures without my permission.
Feel free to link back to my site or add it to your favorite sites' list :).
